Crown Academy – Fall Session

The Crown Academy was founded to enlist and support the evolution of empowerment. It is a safe space to explore your journey and find strength in your potential. Anna has over 15 years of experience on both sides of the mental health paradigm. She has created what she feels is an innovative approach to navigating negative emotions, discomfort, anxiety, and stress. The Crown Academy meets each participant where they are and facilitates creating where they want to end up.
